This music festival, held against the backdrop of Osaka Castle, aims to invigorate Osaka's nightlife culture. It will take place over nine days, from March 1st to 20th, 2025, with fantastic live performances by various artists that you can enjoy through headphones! Additionally, lanterns will be released into the air to pray for the success of the Osaka Expo, and delicious food and drinks will be available in a stunning location with Osaka Castle as the backdrop!

Profile

Formed in 1999

In 2006, after a bidding war among five record companies, she made her major debut with Universal Music.

In 2007, their 3rd single, "Itoshii Hito e" (To My Beloved), surpassed 1 million digital downloads.

In December 2007, "Gift" won the Wired Music Award at the 40th Japan Cable Awards.

After their major debut, they continued their musical activities while living together in Tokyo.

They moved their base of operations back to Osaka in 2014.

In 2016, they released the album "Ideologie" through their independent label, "MATOI RECORDS".

On July 15, 2018, "Kono Machi no Sora" (The Sky of This City) was selected as the official support song for Osaka's bid to host the 2025 International Exposition (World Expo).

In 2019, to commemorate their 20th anniversary, ET-KING hosted the music event "LOCO OSAKA" at Namba Hatch for two days.

In 2023, they released the album "for" and held a tour across six cities.

In 2024, they held their 25th anniversary tour "Manmanzai" in 13 locations across Japan (including a special show in Okinawa).

In April 2025, they will release the mini-album "Osaka Delivery," and will hold tours in 10 locations nationwide starting in May.

Armed with straightforward lyrics and powerful message writing, they deliver a wide variety of music, not just hip-hop, in the Kansai dialect.

The theme of the live performance, in which they all wore matching happi coats, was "festival."

Songs are letters. ET-KING delivers letters to everyone through melody.

Furthermore, the artist who successfully secured the opening act slot through the audition event held by the music AI manager app "NORDER" has also been decided!
