SARAY [ Sweet Breath ] Release Live by stim MUSIC RECORDS

This music festival, held against the backdrop of Osaka Castle, aims to invigorate Osaka's nightlife culture. It will take place over nine days, from March 1st to 20th, 2025, with fantastic live performances by various artists that you can enjoy through headphones! Additionally, lanterns will be released into the air to pray for the success of the Osaka Expo, and delicious food and drinks will be available in a stunning location with Osaka Castle as the backdrop!

A new label, "stim MUSIC RECORDS," has launched, and a release party for its first artist, "SARAY," will be held!

Please enjoy her realistic singing voice with headphones.


SARAY

A bilingual singer with a Dominican father and a Japanese mother! She grew up in San Diego, USA until the age of 7, and loved singing from a young age, growing up surrounded by authentic music. She returned to Japan at the age of 7. She began her singing career in earnest at the age of 18. In 2008, she participated in "a-motion '08" and was selected as one of the 12 finalists. From 2009, she began working as a club singer. Around the same time, she was selected as a member of the girl group SALBIA and joined the group. She was very active as a member of SALBIA until 2011. From 2011, she took a break from music activities for about 12 years, but resumed her artistic activities in earnest from 2024. In December 2024, SARY changed her name to SARAY, and in order to spread SARAY's beautiful singing voice, a new project was launched with a production team formed by professional drummer Takanori Hiraoka, bringing together professional musicians and creators!


On December 14, 2024, they released their 1st mini album, "Sweet Breath"!


He is currently very active in various events such as live houses, clubs, bars, and cafes! He is also a regular artist at the 40 Sky Bar & Lounge of the Conrad Hotel, a five-star hotel in Japan! He is undoubtedly one of the artists whose future success is highly anticipated!

Born November 25, 1980. A drummer who creates a unique groove based on Jazz, Funk, Gospel, and Hip Hop. His father was a professional guitarist, so he grew up with musical instruments as toys. In 1998, at the age of 18, he started playing drums. He formed the Mixture Rock Band / No Cheap Ways and actively performed at various live houses and events. In 2000, No Cheap Ways made their nationwide major debut. At the same time, he was captivated by Black Music and switched to the path of Black Music. After that, he gained experience through session live performances with various musicians, support live performances, and with his own band. Later, he was selected as a backing member for major artist "piu mosso," and gained experience by participating in recordings, live tours, and television recordings. Around the same time, he was also selected as a backing band member for Blues Harmonica Ryuichiro Senoo. In 2005, he formed the Jazz Funk Band "So Nutz." He has performed on FM stations nationwide and toured the country, collaborating with various major artists. He also received critical acclaim for his first-ever live performance/live background music on an FM station in Japan. In 2006, he began teaching drums at ESP Entertainment, Osaka Jiyu Gakuin, Yamaha, BOT Music School, and PADstudio. In 2010, he gained experience through session live performances with top musicians in New York. He also received lessons from Charles Hanes before returning to Japan. In 2010, he participated in the Takuya Kuroda (Tp) JAPAN TOUR and the EZRA BROWN (Sax) JAPAN TOUR. In 2011, he participated in the Bobby Ricketts (Sax) JAPAN TOUR. In 2012, he participated in the EZRA BROWN (Sax) JAPAN TOUR. In 2013, he participated in the Blitz The Ambassador (Rap) JAPAN TOUR. In 2015, he participated in the Rob Bennion (Sax) JAPAN TOUR. In 2016, he signed endorsement contracts with drumstick manufacturer Wincent, drumstick accessory manufacturer Gig Grips, and drum manufacturer ddrum. He continues to be active in various fields, mainly in the Kansai and Kanto regions, including recording, live tours, television appearances, session performances, and his own band.
