Manaka has released the music video for "Summer Time," a new track featuring rapper DADA. The song sketches summer heat and party scenes with a light touch while keeping an undercurrent of unease, and the video was directed by Fumiya Okazaki.
Manaka works out of Osaka and has built an audience since her 2023 debut single "Whimsical Love" on a sound that moves between electro and alternative, paired with plainspoken writing. Guest DADA, a rapper from a Fukuoka hip-hop crew, supplies a more direct intensity.
